Rewiring on a 1999 Mountaineer

OK ... before you guys go off on me and tell me to use the search function on this forum, I have a 1999 Mountaineer. I've found a couple threads talking about how to rewire the fog lights so that fog lights can be turned on independently (fog + high beam at same time). However, those apply for model years before 1999 ... I've tried those procedures and they did not work on my 1999. Has anyone successfully rewired their fog lights so that fogs can turn on w/ high beams at the same time on a 1999 Explorer/Mountaineer?

Somebody, please help me out!! I've been cutting too many wires in my Mountaineer, and if someone has a step by step instruction on how to rewire on a 1999, that would be greatly appreciated!!!

I've never read anything about doing it on a 99+. I did it on my 98. If I were you I would try to find a wiring diagram. You only need to find one wire.
