Tread carefully. Sounds to me like your are jumping time on bank 1.

How did you know based on the lean and rich codes? I'm dealing with one at work. Same symptoms except a ****ty rough idle under 1k. Runs fine otherwise

Is it every cylinder on the same side missing? If so the only thing in common is the camshaft timing. I have had a fuel injector stick and flood a neighboring cylinder and give a rich code before.
