I have a 97 Explorer XLT with about 5 inches of lift and 32" tires. I want my tires to stick out a bit more but I am only running the stock 7" wide rims. If I go with a set of 15x8 black rock crawler rims, what kind of backspacing do I need to get the tires to stick out more? I have already done minor fender trimming to avoid rubbing. I need the tires to stick out about 2 more inches than they already do. Any advice would be great.

thanks

I sent you a PM with an answer, didn't know you started a thread also (akin to double posting) but anyway.....that explains why I recommend 3.75"
