I have a strange noise while turning left. Its a rasping metallic sound, very similar to the wheel bearing going bad under load. I just replaced it, thinking it was that, but the sound is still there. I'm thinking the brake disc, but I greased the caliper pin bolts and the brakes are working perfectly (not grabbing). Anyone have any ideas?

did you replace both sides wheel bearings? Maybe it's coming from opposite side

I had a simmilar problem once and it ended up being a rock stuck in the cliper assembly frame on backside of wheel (not between rotor and pads but between rotor and frame of the caliper).
