Rough idle/video

So today I am going to replace the cam/timing chain tensioner. I bought the recall kit and I am waiting on Ford to deliver it. I have had this rough idle and rattle at idle since I bought my truck am I am hoping this fixes it. Here is a video of my 2001 Sport at idle, I will post a video when I swap the tensioner.

After replacing the tensioner there was no difference.
