Rough idle

I just bought a 2002 Explorer with 28k miles. It idles rough at idle, I am going to set up a service appointment, but I was wondering if anyone had any ideas.

Ckean/change aur filter, clean MAF, clean IAC.

check ignition, including spark plugs and wires. listen for vacuum leaks and check the vacuum tree on the driver's side of the motor for any caps or hoses that may have popped off.
