Rough/poor idle

My 2004 Explorer XLT had poor idle, it felt like the engine was shaking. I recently changed the spark plugs, sparkplug wires, cleaned the throttle, and oil change. I tought it will make the idle smooth but it didn't. It still rough when im at a stop or parked. Any suggestions on what i need to do ?

After replacing those parts did you reflash the computer to let it learn to the new/clean parts?

No i didn't. How do i do that? ... my engine light was on before replacing the parts, the light went off when i started the car.

Just a guess but can’t hurt to try it out
