rough shaking &trans bolt ?

Yesterday my truck started vibrating very rough. It does it mostly under acceleration. It will do it til about 3k rpm then smoothes out fine or aftr 50 mph.it shakes the whole car. I saw a bunch of posts about u joints how do I check to see if those are worn.

Also how many bolts should b on the bottom of the transmission (connecting to the engine block).I see 2 on the very bottom, 1 above the starter. Is there supposed to be a short bolt on the opposite side of the trans (same spot as 1 above starter) it looks like there's a spot for a bolt but not 1 there.

any help would b good. i dont know if theres supposed to be a bolt there or not. ii feel something in the hole. almost like the bolt broke off in there

TJake a picture then I can look at my Explorer to see if im missing the same bolt...
