Hey would it be possible to run the 4x4 i beams without an diff on it or is it too much of the support structure? i got an hole in my diff and need to fill it in prob weld an bing in it.

I'm in the same boat as you after my drop bracket busted a hole in my diff and was wondering the same thing, but I think it should be fine as the beam adds support to the diff not the other way around..... I think?

im also in the same boat.. its just a small hole but it needs fixed, im going to either jb weld it for now or use the gas tank fix stuff till i can get at it better this spring.

Yea I was planning to do that as well but I got under there the other day and tried turning the driveshaft and it wont move so I think some water may have gotten in there and rusted some things.
