rust under passenger rear door.

most people who owns a 91 -94 explorer usaully gets rist on the body under the passenger rear door. Anyone ever get this fixed, if so how much did it cost you?

are you talking about the Rocker pannels?
The pannel that goes under the truck.

If so yea its fixable (cheaper if you know how to weld). They make replacement Rocker pannels that can be welded on. Just have to remove the stock spot welds and a little grinding to get the old ones off.

If you goto a repair shop for this, it can get very expencive. Due to they want to color match the paint and clear coat it (can be done at home also) w/ their hourly rate and very high mark up on parts.
