Rusted rocker panels

Does anybody know where to get the kit to replace the part of the rocker panels that rust out near the rear wheel well.

mine are finally starting to show signs of rusting
and want to take care of that right away.

I dunno, but i just use some bondo, and DupliColor paint, and it looks brand new fo 6 months. Works for me.
