Does anyone know how to lube the front RH axle slip yoke? Or what about the throttle valve or kickdown cable ball studs? How do you lube the shift linkage? And lastly how do you lube the transfer case shift lever pivot bolt and control rod connecting pins? Was doing some research in the actual Ford Maintenance Manual for a 94 EXP and it just tells you what to do, not how to do it. Anything will help. Thanks. :salute:

The slip yoke on the front axle usually only gets a full lube when seperated at the yoke for spindle removal or something. You can take off one of the clamps and add some grease in there, though.

Throttle linkage is usually just good with spray cleaner, you might want to add a thin film of grease to the ball studs on that and the kickdown cable, though.

Pivots and linkages usually just get a light coating of multipurpose grease, haven't heard of having to lube the connecting pins.
