SCT x3 Programmer Gains?

I have an 06 v8 Mountaineer. What kind of power gains could I expect from an SCT X3 programer? I have K&N drop in and a Magnaflow exhaust. I am going to contact Henson Performance, but wanted to get the scoop from the community first.

I love my henson tunes on my 2nd gen. And I'm sure his tunes will be great on yours as well. One thing to check though is that he is able to tune the transmissions, and if not I would wait until sct figures that out.

+1. I haven't heard of a 4.6 3V gaining that much power from a tune only.
