Grey ones? Mine look bad also.
I haven't tried to clean them yet, but I'm thinking something like Simple Green (diluted) would probably work well. Don't use anything super harsh because you don't want to weaken the material.

I agree with DogFriend.
Diluted simple green would be about the extent of it. If that is not good enough I would replace them. Seat belts are not the sort of thing you want to ecconomise with.

You might try a foaming upholstery cleaner. i can't imagine simple green would leave a pleasant smell, but in all fairness i'm sure it would get the job done.
From the manual:
"Clean the safety belts with a mild soap solution recommended for cleaning upholstery or carpets. Do not bleach or dye the belts, because these actions may weaken the belt webbing."
Simple green sounds good too. It acts as a degreaser, and might be more effective at removing built-up grease. Whatever you use, I'd make sure it gets rinsed out well.
