Seat interchange

The driver side seat in my 1995 Ranger is tired. Any idea if other model seats will fit? I don't require the 3 passenger capacity or arm rest.

I don't know what seats will fit your Ranger but what I have found out the hard way is this.
I attempted to put seats from a 1994 Ex into 1998 Ranger and it was a no go.
Although the mount had the right bolt pattern the size of the bolts changed, the seat belt setups were different and the wiring connectors for the seat controls were different too.

Although all can be overcome what appeared to be a direct swap wasn't.
Double-check what will fit what at the nearest Salvage Yard that will help you.

I have the exact same problem with mine. I have a 1995 XL Ranger and found a very nice pair of seats from a 1999... Any idea if these will fit? the wrecking yards that I have visited are clean out of 1999 models

Sandy - use the seat tracks from the Ranger, and the Ex seats should fit just fine.

benzonit - there is seat interchangeability between most years/models, using the original seat tracks.

Searching will yield multiple threads on the subject...
