Second Generation Steering Stabilizer

OK. I have been searching this quite extensively and I am getting mixed responses some say no some say yes...

Here is the question:

Do you know of a steering stabilizer for a second generation X? If so who sells it and have you used, how does it work?

We have rack and pinion steering. As far as I know of, there is no such thing as a stabilizer for it since there is no need.

I just don't know enough about it, but I do know with 33"s when I hit a bump my steering wheel wants to jerk.
