Sending the A4LD to the scrap! Swaping in M5OD-R1

I've been gathering info and parts for about 2 weeks now. My EX is a '91 xlt. Still have a few questions but here is what i have so far, if you see anything im fogetting let me know please!!!
1)Got the manny from the local junk yard. They said it came from a low mileage vehicle?
2)Getting new clutch, slave cylinder and throw out from local parts store, new!
3)My automatic transfer case should bolt right on.
4)Drive shafts should work also since A4LD and M5OD-R1 are the same length. (atleast that is the info i was given?)
5)I have the pedal assembley out of a '94, guessing it will fit?

Questions?
1)Do i need to change the computer, i've been told yes and no?
2)Is the cross member ok, or will i have to relocate to fit manny in?
3)I dont have the shifter or floor plate or boot, anyone got an extra, or can you point me in the direction of aftermarket supplier?

Any help or suggestions will be appreciated. I will take pictures and post exact what is need to do this swap when im finished.

should bolt up fine, going to need a clutch and a flywheel instead of the flexplate...... computer shouldnt be a problem as the 94 and earlier had vacuum operated trannies and not computer controlled like 95+

You will need a new computer- the timing and fuel curves are different- maybe talk to Brian at Apten, he may be able to chip the one you have.

Flywheel - 6 bolt

I dont know about the crossmember, but if the trannys are the same length, I would assume the crossmember would be the same.
