Serious Exlorations

Monroe is the city where the 522 ends and gets dumped onto hyw 2. as your headed towards reider from the 522/hy2 mix, the mcdonalds will be on your left in the safeway parking lot.

Oh it is a very justifiable expense!!!! I would never make it through the day with out my espresso.

See the day starts with a couple cups of drip, and I finish off another thermos full while doing morning rounds of my programs, or while sitting at my desk doing paperwork.
By Noon it is time for my quad shot grande carmel sauce mocha..MMMMMM Then comes early afternoon. Often I switch to water or tea by 2, but when it is time to go home at 5 I have to have the Barrista Next door to the office poor me a quad shot grande americano with no flavor. Spend an hour driving home and make a fresh pot of drip when I get home to have with dinner.

The bonus is when you drink that much coffee most of the cute little barrista's know be by my name, and only charge me about 1/2 the time.

See we need our starbucks on every corner up here. If for no reason other than to keep me from losing my mind

i dont drink coffee...

Drink coffee, look like Bryce

i like cofee....not much of a drinker though. Tomorrow Chris and i are headin to Rieter pit...freakin cant wait.

I was thinking after meeting in Monroe, we'd fly up to Reider, lock up/air down and hit the crack and run sackup, then loop right up to the pits, play in the mud, then run up to lake issy for some rocks.
does anyone else who's planning on showing know what i'm talking about?

Ummm.... No. But it sounds like it'll test out the Ranger good.

one of these days I will make it to one of these Reiter trails runs

Aw, come on Joe, you know you want to come. :D

Ryan, I have no idea what trails you're talking about. Is there any kind of map somewhere????

well dont forget there is some rigs that arent as modded as yours. Everythin and tech, we got our body lifts, 33's, aals, and torsion twists (i have shackles) and open diffs front and rear. we went to rieter pit and i did good as we were there for only 30 mins as Chris's truck broke on the highway...his drivers dide front wheel bearings went to hell, so we used the 1.5-2 hour wait time and went. Man hs truck broke 10 miles away from rieter.

I am going to need a spot to park the F-350 and trailer as will 90ranajo for his F-250 and trailer

there is a staging area right before a trail where everyone parks there trailers or trucks to unload bikes or atv's as well as there rigs.

the place where we entered had plenty of room. as you go up, there is one spot where all of the dirtbikes and quads park, and the second left is where the trail rigs park, ive only been twice and i did the same thing both times, but im sure i am missin alot that reiter has to offer. FYI i got the wheel bearing and i will put it in on saturday. im out of town all week so sat. is going to be a busy day. i still have to install shocks, get new ubolt locknuts, then do my wheel bearing. does anyone wanna help out on sat, free beer and burgers for those that do. i also want to get a dash camera, so yeah, im stoked,
later,
Chris

i've never seen a map of reider pit. i know we'll have to keep it mild, my dad has decided to come along in the 77 cj-7 which is on 32's and is open front/rear. we'll just not be able to run lake issy....we'll find something better to do.

kevin, you two can just meet us @ reider in the main parking lot where you can park your tow rigs, say 9:15...
