I've got a 92 XLT and it runs great. My problem however is in the front end. When I bought the truck a couple of months ago, the shop it came from but new upper and lower ball joints and brakes on it. That was about 3500 miles ago. Now when ever I go over bumps or slow down quickly I get two distinctly different squeaks. When slowing down it sounds like my breaks are going already... should be impossible right? And the front suspension I'm not sure if it's the shocks, or something else squeaks like hell when going over bumps like RR tracks and things like that. Are the Edlebrock IAS shocks my best bet. I'm running all stock for now but plan to upgrade rims and tires this summer. I want to go for a 17 or 18 in rim with a 30x 9.50 or 10.50 tire. I like the way they look and I think I've been told I don't need a lift to do it. Any info on any of the above would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance for the help.
