Hey Jim -
I like it very much, it is very quiet. I don't even hear it at all or feel it unless I'm doing a U-turn or a sharp turn with the gas. You'll just have to learn to use momentum and speed in the turn instead of gunning it. There is no clunking noise as the hard locker or the first generation locker (LockRite?).
If price is an issue, definitely go with the No-Slip. I also looked at the Gearless Locker. It is almost exactly like the No-Slip except it has clutch plates so they could wear out in the long run.
Someone mentioned that they saw it advertised for around $280-$300. Do a search, it was posted about 3 weeks ago.
