You can always pick up a cheaper set from like autozone or something similar but most people including (me) use and would reccomend the warriors I linked...
Autozone stuff isn't always very good quality, from the experiences my friend and I have had with them.
A buddy of mine also said he got no lift out of some Autozone shackles, but got 1-2" out of a pair he got off tellico
You can only pick two...
Cheap
Performance
Relabilty
So the autozones maybe cheap and may perform but then you loose relabilty
or the warriors, you get performance and relabilty but compareds to the autozones they are not as cheap...
Well, I had thought about Autozone ones, until now. Are there any stores that would carry Warrior (or equivalent quality) shackles, or are they online sale only? I am not big on buying online, if I can avoid it.
...4wheelparts.com has stores in ind.,ok.,ohio, thats as close as they get to you...you can try offroad shops and jeepshops as they would know the product and could get it for you or they could order it from 4wheelparts for you...
Going with a company over an random indivdual seller online is usually safer...
You may be able to find someone on here (EF board) that could make you some...or else there is a thread where people are discussing the shackles they have made...and the demensions of the warriors are listed in that thread so you should be able to take the demensions to a machine/welding shop and they could make you them...not sure of the cost of that though, all depends on the shop...
Man o man did that take forever to type...damn batteries in the wireless keyboard are dying so every other letter would not type... Got to go get some new power!!!
Stay away from tellico4x4. They are still processing my order that was placed at 11:50AM Monday. And they charged me 17 dollars to ship from Alabama to Florida. Never again will I order from tellico...
edit: Turns out the warehouse in Alabama was to close to Florida so they decided to ship from Oregon. Ordered on Monday March 3rd and estimated delivery date is March 12. Never again will I pay any money to this place.
It definately did seem to take long with Tellico and the order status always said it was being processed even the day I received them. took about 8 business days to get them i think.
