Has Anyone tried the B&M ShiftPlus Electronic Shift?. I know that transgo makes a shift kit that you would have to remove the transmittion pan. Or Is it a waste of money because I already have a Superchip.

91expl-sport ...I think you'd be better off just putting the shift kit since you already have a superchip and it would save you some money, except for the installation cost. Just my opinion.

the B&M unit is not well regarded...

In a nutshell, the B&M Shift Plus is an adjustable vacuum leak. I have yet to see a post with a good report.
The TransGo kit is said to be much better. It has options for shift firmness, etc. It does require removal of the pan for installation.
The kit includes all the springs, plugs, instructions, etc. Of course, you should also change the filter while you have the pan off.

I have a brand new Transgo kit (#SK A4LD-Jr) that I will sell for $25(s&h included)to anyone interested (US only).
I'm selling it because I don't know a whole lot about the "guts" of a tranny and I'm not inclined to attempt installing this kit on my own. Pulling the pan is no problem. But there are several small springs and plugs in the kit that need installed. The instructions include great pictures and notes, but no step-by-step instructions.
If interested, let me know.
