Hmmm. As mentioned earlier about engine coolant temp sensor, have you replaced it? You know how the ECT sensor will affect your engine performance? How about checking the condition of the new spark plugs you fixed? You done a lot of work under the hood, you think there's is a slight chance that you missed to plug back any sensor harness or vacuum line.
I suggest you do your diagnosis again by starting with the spark plug. Unplug all the wire and crank your engine. Quickly remove the sparkplug and if it wet with gasoline or coolant or oil. This you can narrow you search. Tell me what you found out and I will guide with the pinpoint test
