What kind of alarm do you have? Just FYI Ford did not offer an alarm system, it´s just a keyless entry, if you´re talking about that one...

Are you sure? I would have to check but I thought there was something about Ford Security on my window. Plus there is an alarm that goes off on mine after a minute or two if unlocked from the inside.

Might be a dealer option, a Code Alarm most likely, IIRC the color of the sticker indicates the level of security you have, I think silver, bronze and gold or something like that, gold being the one with a remote starter, the silver with hood pin and a siren, and the bronze no hood pin no siren, just horn

Just a thought, but even if you leave the front windows down a little to let the heat escape a person can unscrew your antenna, and use it to push your unlock button. I'd leave the back windows slighty down if any. I haven't ever broken into anyone's vehicle this way, but I have helped a few people in mall parking lots get back into thier car. I've always made them show me their I.D. and got the information b4 helping. Easy as pie.
