the gray cladding ran me for about 1500 dollars but that is with an actual warranty on the paint though. most people wont do it because the textured plastic refuses the paint and the paint wont stick sometimes. you have to scuff it up a bit then use a primer filler then paint it and it comes out slick instead of that textured surface. i realized how much better it looked once i got it finished and the chrome and white is really eye catching and the compliments i get are awesome. sandy you have a nice x too. i like the wheel spacers. i would do it but i am bagging mine and i want to be able to tuck the 20s.

nice lookng truck..

on a different note Okinawa, Japan
i was there for 5 years.
Brings back fun memories.
whisper alley lol
what about the club with the spinning stage WOW
what about the girl who has the show and does wonders with the snake and the beer bottles and stacks of quarters..

Brings back alot of good memories

I beleive it was called the stage!

helll yeah that was so funny.. and most of the guys that went up there could not perform on the circle stage as it was revolving..

remember the big dice that they roll...

and the banana show is the one with the lady and the snakes and bottles and stacks of quarters but mainly the bananas

yeah how many quarters and she gives you exacty how many you said..
and the whole banana would disappear and then it would get cut up into smll pieces.
How about whisper alley..
That was such a disgusting alley.
pssst psssst hey GI sucky sucky or sucky fu&^# twenty dollar.
wow what a stay that was, lol

what a stay for you............i am still here bro. while my baby the white explorer is sitting at home in alabame.

Great looking Explorer. Might I suggest you have the Rear License plate cover that is gray painted white too. It makes a huge difference.

the whole license plate box is going away along with that grey bar and it is getting a roll pan and i am putting the license plate box in the bottom right hand corner of the rear hatch on a 45 degree angle and the rear windshield wiper is going to get shaved along with the handles and the antenna and roof rack, as soon as i bag it, and chop the exhaust

Averything sounds great. Accept the License plate box at a 45. I beg of you don't do that. That is very 90's. Why not do some tweed while your at it! LOL It is your truck, do as you wish. However, why not do a stealth flip up plat box. Keep is smooth like you are shooting for.

Great looking X!! very sleek.

i know i was iffy on the 45 angled license plate but where can i get a stealth license plate box at. i mean is it just a square in the middle of the roll pan that with a switch you can flip it or what. please elaborate

Updated pics...Let's play a little game. Can you guess what I did to it?

Your X looks amazing! Nice!

From the pics on the first pics to the ones now, I see a rollpan, shaved rear wiper, shaved roof rack, monotone including mirrors...and that's all I can spot for now, lol. What else?

Again, looks freakin' awesome!

What about an "air-ride suspension". I don't see that yet...:p:

What do you mean bags? It is!

Just kidding. A little bit of chopping on a picture.

Air ride will be there in a few months. I will though. You cannot see the ocean blue pearl in the paint.
The antenna also was shaved.
The B pillars were painted white too.

Ah! Nice! Can't really notice the paint though in the pic though...I'm sure it looks hella sweet in person!

I can't wait to see that thing bagged!!!! Sick!

In person if you look at the truck on the curved surfaces, they have a blue hazy appearance to them because of the blue pearl.
