silicon on clears

well i just ordered my billet grille and it should be here this weekend i hope =). But neways, i also ordered my clear corners from pacificie. first of all....who else has bought from them? how u like them? cause in the pic they kinda looked like they wouldnt match the headlight. And second...i hear people talking about putting silicon on em to prevent fogging? Where do you put it? When do you put it there? and how do you apply it?
