FYI - the Simmons Autosports housing is now $127.49 as of 12/21/2018. It comes with all gaskets and seals (no bolts, which are available separately if needed). This housing is clearly the best choice for replacing the plastic thermostat housing and is far superior to the 2-piece Austekk aluminum housing.
