skid plate

do to whatever (long story and dont need to be told here) i was unable to finish my bumper back in michigan while home on leave.. i still need a skid plate. and end caps on the tubes any one in the ft bragg area weld good? i'll buy the steel and the beer. we can have a welding and bending party and hook some brothers up?

anyways anyone in the area willing to help out?
