Slight grind noise from rear end.

It's on a '94. When you start off from a stop light or from stop it has this slight grind noise. It's not a vibration you can tell. We're not sure what it is, and since it's not my primary vehicle I don't hear it that often, but it started to bug me. Anyone have any idea what it could be?

i have the same problem but from the front end. ideas anyone?

Could be something in the brakes. Have them checked out.
