the windows on my '95 seem to be going up and down slower and slower. the dr front still seems to be moving at a normal pace, the rest of them just can't seem to keep up. i have taken off the door panels and lubed the tracks and rollers before, last summer. can anyone please tell me what may be causing this and what i might be able to do about it? thanks.

ME TO!

I think I have the same problem. At first I thought it was me but they are definitly bogging down, all of them . I would think its something common since all four motors or whatever wouldn't act up at the same time. Hope its not the alternator!

My drivers front window did that for about one month in the winter. However, it hasn't since. I don't have a solution, but would like to hear what others think it may be.

On my explorer, the black stripe on the outside of the window kinda is dented in a little in some places and causes it to hit it more, and slows it down on the back 2 windows.

Mee Too

On my Sport, my passengers side is sluggish going up, I mean REAL sluggish till it gets 3/4 up...then it goes at the normal speed...but its normal going down. I also have a 95...hmmm....

Same problem on my front passenger door. I lubed it up before which didn't really solve the problem. My only solution, patience.

yes. patiemce goes a long way, but i would love for them to go the same speed they used to. maybe i'll rip the door panels off this weekend and see what i can figure out. however if anyone has any further info between now and say, saturday, i am open to any suggestions. thanks guys and gals!!
