This morning after starting the Explorer and driving for it bit I noticed the 'Theft' light flashing slowly. It would do two flashes, then a pause then two flashes and repeat. I'm pretty sure this was the sequence, I never thought it to be a code and look closely (I was driving!).
I recently had an issue of it not starting recently. Turned the key and nothing happened. Not an alarm issue, the Ford one is useless and is going to be pulled shortly. I got underneath and tapped on the starter and it fired right up. Hasn't done it since.
I'll try and see if its actually a code, and if so what it is tonight when I leave work and report back.
