Smell of Gas

started it up a few times since i has been 20-32 and those few times after sitting for only 45 mins to an hour or so, it smells like gas when it starts, no lagging, no sputtering, just a strong gas smell?!?! what should I be looking for?

Is the smell stronger under the hood or in the cab?
Does the odor remain after the engine is shut off?

find a snow covered area and park there and look for a yellow stain on the groung to help figure out where the gas leak is coming from

yellow stain? maybe you found where a dog leaked a bit LOL The gas I use shows up pink in snow

fpr ? remember you did a lot of cutting of the fuel lines too under the hood i would check those as well

i never ended up cutting the gas line, wasnt enough room for the "fuel line warmer" the smell is in the cab when started, lingered for a couple mins, didnt smell none outside of it though
