What do you use to fill in the minor imperfections? Also, when you see uneveness between the left and right side do you slap on more fiberglass to even it out?

You use body filler to fill the imperfections and glazing putty to fill small pinholes. You can even out some unevenness with body filler. The two sides on my box are a little different but there's really not much I can do about that. It adds character.

Well here it is. I put everything in my truck today. It is not quite ready for paint, but I will make it 100% ready for paint when that time comes in the summer. I've been without a system for about 3 months now so it's nice to have it back in there. It bumps HARD too. I need to get it on the meter because it really bumps with the gain just over the half-way point.

Good job my friend, good job. I know all too well about going 3 months without any bump. You sure you want to paint it or maybe add some vinyl, or cover it with some suede or something?

Hartman said:Groceries lol. I'm pretty sure I want to paint it. Covering it with a fabric would be a nighmare!
Yea thats not an enclosure you vinyl. Thats one you paint with a textured paint if you want a vinyl look.
I am one that normally likes the factory look - carpeted or textured to match factory interiors, but that enclosure looks from outerspace not detroit

I think it looks great and pretty crazy at the same time. Me likey.
It would look great if you could "chrome" it with a chrome paint. It would look like the bad guy in T2.

Great job.

Wow is right! How did you come up with this design? Was it copied from someone you saw on the web or was this something you just thought of? At first I didn't think it would flow well with those two wheel hump in the back but it does. Nice job once again.

I really just thought of the design in my head and just started making it. Some say that I copied off typhoon, but say what you will, it isn't true. My original design was to go on the wheel wells but I decided not to. This isn't neccessarily the only box I will build.

Let's keep this one close to the top. It is still not a finished product yet. A bump for the Hartman.
