when i work on little things like that all i use are 80 grit and 200 grit with a coat of primer in between. turns out great.

Sorry for the lack of updates, but I finally found some time to work on this thing. The fiberglass has been done for a while, today I had a chance to finish up the first coat of Rage Gold. I got half the second coat on and I should have that finished up tomorrow. It should be ready for paint in 2 weeks at the most.

Testing strength in this pic. Even though the box wasn't 100% airtight, the subs really bumped.

These were taken mid day today.

I will have more pics as the project progresses.

he had the subs from long ago-

as far as i know he just chose kicker so it matches, plus they aren't that bad at all.

just not my cup of tea, only because its not as good as it used to be. when they first released the solo baric's and such. and some of the magnets on their subs... its.. disgusting.

I've never owned any audio equipment other than Kicker. I've always been very impressed with their equipment and I see no reason to change.

I crossed a positive and negative wire.

if ur Kickers are anything like mine its not that hard to cross the wires..i kinda hate how my CVRs are laid out..very frustrating
