My trac does 60 miles a day. I realy want to put bigger tires on it. What needs to be done with the truxx kit to keep it dependable. I don't want other parts to wear out due to the lift kit.

I commute in my truck everyday, about 45 miles and I love my lift kit. Biggest issue that people have is the upper control arm and upper ball joint failure, I've installed the BTF upper control arms on mine and haven't had an issue, I even nailed/ran over a deer on the right front wheel and it held up like a champ.

(email them and request a quote for a upper control arm for your Sport Trac, they'll know what you need, mine was $575 shipped I think)

I also replaced the lower ball joints and tie rod ends when I installed my Truxxx (Traxda) lift/level kit. I just replaced them because I already have the front end completely taken apart and my truck had 100k miles on it already. Here's my thread with the parts and things I've done.

...also, I would recommend getting some small 5/16" spacers for the tires if you plan on keeping the factory wheels and getting larger tires like I did. My tires came way too close to the control arms for me to be comfortable, but with the spacers its a much more comfortable fit.
