SOHC Throttle Body

Ok i have a question to ask. Stock 5.0 Liter motors come with a 65mm Throttle Body right and SOHC V6 motors come with a 65mm Throttle. Lets say i want to upgrade to like a 75-80mm one would it work or would some kind of adapter have to be fabed to make it work. Plus i would have to get like an intake from a 5.0 and some how make it work ya knowor does that mater when getting a bigger thottle body. Thanks guys just wondering since there the same size stock ya know. Always looking for that extra edge.

if you dont have a blower, a bigger throttle body wont help with the SOHC

Just wondering if it would work if i tried it. Would it benefit to have a 75mm with Nitrous.

really I dont think so. The nitrous spray is the extra oxygen, not like an SC forcing the air through the whole intake setup.

I don't think they're interchangable. And a larger TB will make no difference with nitrous. Keep in mind that too large a TB will actually hurt performance greatly.

So 65mm is just fine then alright sounds good.
