I think I may have solved yet another CEL problem. After changing plugs, wires, and O2 sensors, still had CEL, AutoZone read codes and got nothing. When they plugge the computer in, the CEL went away, and yes I did disconnect my battery after changing all that stuff. So I got home from AutoZone and started looking at stuff because my CEL came on again.
I found a sensor of some sort on the intake. It's between the MAS and the throttle body....anybody know what this is? When I removed it if found a TON of GUNK!! I cleaned off the GUNK and plugged it back in, drove around for 20 minutes or so, and wow...no CEL so far...

You just found the IAT (Intake Air Temperature). Well done.

just for info the IAT will give the following codes:
0112: IAT sensor circuit low input
0113: IAT sensor circuit high input

The resistance of the IAT falls as the temperature rises. My guess would be with all the dirt that the resistance did not change enough as the engine warmed up.

The IAT can also falsely cause MAS and TPS codes, I've found.

Hey!!! Thanks Guys!!!

That would explain it perfectly!!! When I would start my truck there would be no light, but once at N.O.T. and driving for about 5 to 10 minutes the CEL would come on. Once I turned the truck off, the CEL would clear, so it was obviously a Temperatur issue!!!
But hey, I'm at 109k miles anyway so it was time for a new pair of O2 sensores!! (they did look pretty bad when I took them out)

Thanks again!!!
