I tried starting the truck today and it started a bit ruff, So i shut it off and tried it again..It sounded like the doors locked and unlocked by them selfs..Anyone have this happen? It has been ok sience then.

That's normal. There are certain "codes" you can give the truck by using the ignition switch in specific sequences. These usually have to do with chimes, locks, or alarm system. I think you activated a code recognition sequence by accident.

I did this a few days ago by mistake, no harm done.

You didn't say how many times you tried turning it on and off, but on the '95-'97 if you turn your key on/off 5 times your locks will cycle. This is the programming mode for your remotes. There is also a sequence that you can go into to program your auto-locks. As Alec said, you probably somehow got into one of these modes.

Yes i beleive you are right..
