Sony HU

I own an older sony head unit that has been a great cd player. I want to be able to connect my mp3 player to the HU but it doesn't have an input for it. I was wondering if there was a way to run a hardwire connection to it by moding something.

most likely there isnt a way to run it to the stereo directly, but first of all, what model sony is it?

Last time I was at Wal-Mart, they had one of the low-end Sony units with the auxillery jack for an .mp3 player on sale. The bundle included the head unit, 4 Xplode speakers, and a hat for like $94.xx.

I had the same head unit in my Jeep and loved it for the price. When I bought mine, it was $99 for just the head unit. My buddy bought one of the bundles and put it in his truck, so far he is diggin' it too.
