that truck is sweet...so how hard overall was the install?

I do admit it was a pain in the a$$. But for what the turn out was, I probably would do it all over again! I mean my friend and I have decent knowledge of working on trucks, but I would not recommend this install to anyone that has very little knowledge of working on trucks. If you are 100% comfortable and capable of removing your front steering knuckles and dropping the front differential, then this job should be doable for you. But some advice would be to not try and do it all in one day. The install took my friend and I 25 hours with a one hour break. We definately were hirting the next few days. And by no means were we messing around during the install. We both were constantly working on something.

They must have done something different with the newer X's and the front driveshaft. Mine fits purfectly.

There is a place about 20 min beyond 96 and 23 called The Mounds. Decent off road state park.
