ok this is strange. i recently replaced the iac and the throttle position sensor...bad gas mileage, low power, and iac made howl...also noticed one of my wires was burned in half oops, another had a hole in it, and they were all cracked. sooo i replaced them too, they only lasted about a year and a half. do i need to replace the plugs too or are they ok...theyre bosch+4s. anyway i have much more power...LOL wonder why.
my prob now is i still get the same sh%*ty gas mileage and now it sounds like a plane landing, thats the only way to explain it. it makes this kinda high pitched roaring sorta...sounds like the high pitched noise of a landing plane. it is kinda intermittent and happens when i hit the gas...driving, parked, in neutral. and the sound sort of winds down after taking my foot off the pedal if that makes any sense at all. if anyone has any clue what i am talking about please help!
