Does anyone have any suggestions for finding a front driveshaft end yoke for a 1995 ford explorer 4wd, Eddie Bauer edition?

If just for a simple fix, You should be able to find a whole shaft from a 95-96 out of the salvage yards. Just rebuild it with all new joints before you put it back in.

If you have a special project going on, and just need that yolk. Spicer or Neapco make the 1310 series flanges for it. Less than $40 new.

Try Northern Drivetrain LLC, partsgeek.com, or carid.com for pricing and availability.

LKQ has 2 listed for $77 each in Albuquerque. 5 J's has several for $100 each. Rebuild it like gmanpaint said.

Thank you for the replies everyone. I ended up ordering from Denny's Driveshafts, Dana Spicer 2-4-4601-1 Dana 35 Pinion Yoke 1310 series with 26 splines. Hopefully it's the correct one. It's a Dana Spicer 2-4-4601-1 Pinion Yoke 1310 series fits DANA 35 IFS and Dana 35 with 26 splines Strap & Bolt Style. The front driveshaft I have is fine, I just need to replace the yoke.

Yes, gmanpaint, the exact terminology gets very confusing for me. If I look for 'front differential yoke' then I can't find what I'm looking for. I have to search using 'front driveshaft yoke', but then there are 2(?) - one on either end of the front driveshaft. It seems there's no specific and accurate word/phrase for the yoke I was looking for. Unless Pinon Yoke clearly means 'the yoke that connects the front differential to the front drive shaft on a 4-wheel drive vehicle' :dunno: . Regardless, I've ordered it and hope it's the right part.
