Speakers emit low volume radio sound even when the audio system is off

I started noticing this after my MFT was upgraded. It happens when the ignition is set to accessories. I use the audio system to Sirius, turn it off, but I can hear AM/FM audio at low volume even then.

Anybody had this happen to them? It seems like the amp is picking up stray signal somewhere.

It's to keep mice from nesting in the doors.
