Specific rim and tire size question

Hey guys ive looked all over the forum..but i cant seem to find the answer..Im going to sell my 22's 265 wide...i just got 16x8 rims with 0 offset.. would i be able to put a 275 on a 00 sport thats stock? about 9 years ago when i had bone stock 15x7 rims i could of sworn i had 275's but i cant recall for the life of me.any help would help! thanks!

275/55R16 but i think you can only get drag radials in this size, then you have 275/60R16 which has several brands to choose from, and 265/60R16. i believe you could get a 275/65R16 but as long as you stay under 31 you should be fine may need to do a slight TT. as far as 0 offset i think that may be in the 3rd gen and newer territory then our 2nd gen i may be wrong on that though you may need wheels spacers.

Hey thank you for your help..mounted a spair. 255 70 16 to c what it looked like I know 265fit with my 22's with just minor minor rubbing on full lock.and no trimming..ill play with tires a bit and see what I can fit on there ill post pics!
