Hey guys, im about to do the body lift to my 96 Ex, and going for 33 inch tires, my buddy is selling a set but theyre for 16 inch rims and not 15's i was going to upgrade to wider rims anyway, my question is if i go up to 16's does the backspacing change? and since the tires are 12.50 wide should i upgrade to 16x8's or 16x10's? this site is awesome and i know you guys wouldnt guide me down the wrong path! thanks guys!

Stock backspacing is 4.5". If you're going to run a 12.5 tire I would get the 16x8" wheel with somewhere around 3.75 - 4" of backspacing. The less backspacing will help with the tire rub when turning on the sway bar ect. It may cause some rubbing on the rear of the front fender or the bottom of the front bumper though. Both of those are easy fixes.

Good luck and get some pictures when you're done with it.
