speedo and odometer stopped working after replacing hub.

1998 ranger 4x4, 4wheel ABS. I replaced the passenger side hub. When I drove away the speedo and odometer were not working. They were working prior to the hub replacement. I can't see the problem except as a strange coincidence. Anybody good with possible coincidences?

Do you have the vacuum line hubs?

Not that I know about the pvm hubs, but I would assume you got fuel about that time and reset trip meter?

No I did not reset the trip meter. The only thing that i did was replace a vacuum hub. speedo/odometer/trip meter were working fine but were not working at all after hub replacement.
