I reduced the tyre profile from 65 to 60, and my actual is lower then displayed. Is there any way to calibrate or adjust speedo?

You would need an OBDII programmer such as SCT, Superchips etc. I'm not sure what is available for the 2009. Maybe someone else can help.

I don't think Forscan can do it on 4th gen Explorers, only 5th gen or newer. Some details:
