I reduced the tyre profile from 65 to 60, and my actual is lower then displayed. Is there any way to calibrate or adjust speedo?

You would need an OBDII programmer such as SCT, Superchips etc. I'm not sure what is available for the 2009. Maybe someone else can help.

if an sct can do it thats available yes and i think forscan can too??????? not sure though

Could be done on any gen4 via replacing/copy the whole factory as build file

The only thing you will need to do is to find the right configuration

^ and edit that config so that it has the smaller tire size, assuming there are no stock builds that use them.
