Hi all, I'm new here. My speedometer stopped working about a week ago. MIL turned on shortly after. I plugged in a scan tool and got P0500 Vehicle Speed Sensor. I'm finding varying reports about it's location. I scanned my transfer case over and over and I could not find it there. I've seen some people say it's on the rear differential. My ABS light is NOT on and cruise control doesnt work (although its never worked). Any help to its location would be greatly appreciated. My truck is a 2001 Ford Explorer. 4x4. Transmission is 5R55E.
