Just 3". It should handle the same as stock, since it won't change the spring rate. Only difference is the higher center of gravity, which will make it a bit more "tippy" around corners.

Ive heard that if you get wider tires it will kinda balance out the height factor or somthing like that, is this true or not?

yup, just have to watch out for the change of height. Keep pictures and keep us updated with LOTS of pictures. Oh, and make sure you take pictures. haha - we love pics.

somewhat true. I have 15x8s with 7" lift and I feel VERY stable when i take turns. Granted, I still have my swaybars hooked up....but i do believe it'll make a slight difference.

Thnks for the help, ill be sure to take pictures when i start and keep everyone updated on it.

I got the spindle lift with 31s, and don't feel unsafe in the slightest. Longer torsion bolts too, SOA in the rear.

What do the longer torsion bolts do? Allow you to crank it up higher?

Yea ill tell you right now, with 3" spindles, dont go more than 2" TT(torsion bar twsit) though if that, im at 3" TT and i can get it aligned properly, to get it in spec i need to get adjustable control arms.

there is a 4WD spindle lift?

thats what i thought....then why put a lift on a 2wd?

To be a pimp of course!

hahaha score, that works, lol....gr i liked the IFS at first but now its just pissing me off!

if you ditch the tortion bars for some coilovers I bet you will like IFS again. I am doing so soon with a setup off a new 4-runner

how do i do that?

RCD kit, or custom built coilover setup.

With the 3 inches from spindle i also plan to do 2' tt. I would have to extend the brake lines right? steering to? XplorerKid howd you get 3' from tt isnt that gonna screw things up later on?
