I personally think 1st gens kick ass, way more than 2nd or 3rd gens. I love the boxy look over the rounded off stuff. And as husky said, they are much more capable, and look hella sweeter lifted.
Maturity? You can count out any vehicle with spinners, but I can't make the observation that anyone running them would probably laugh at your truck. I didn't say anthing negative about your truck but you have no problem calling mine a grocery getter? Whatever.
I was making a post pointed towards spinners in general. You were making one pointed at people with first gens, that posted in this thread. Your post was just asking for a negative remark, and you know it.
No, I wasn't talking down on people with first gens, and I know that. You were the one who slammed everyone who has anything other than first gen by calling them streeters or grocery getters.
I'm not really lookin for a bling bling type look, I just like spinners and think it's cool how they work. But the rims that came with the LTD are pretty nice for being stock compared to other stock rims I've seen on some vehicles.
I agree with an earlier response -- Only spinners I have seen that were good were on a huge SUV like an excursion.
Other than that, I think they are very bling bling.
